  • Successfully obtained affirmance by the Illinois Appellate Court (1st District) on denial of motion to vacate, opposing the Illinois Attorney General and Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (which was also denied review by the Illinois Supremes!)
  • Successfully evicted non-paying tenant before jury trial;
  • Successfully obtained summary judgment in Cook County on behalf of Mechanic's Lien Claimant on a super-priority basis, against a major bank and first lien-holder
  • Successfully defended against defaulted defendant in landlord-tenant case against motion to vacate judgment after he failed to appeal judgment
  • Recently settled case on behalf of condominium owners against defaulting developer to avoid litigation expenses of trial
